Nancy Hansen and her husband relocated to Beaufort, South Carolina in 2008. Following a successful career in the telecommunications industry, Nancy started her Real Estate journey in New Jersey in 2004 as a sales associate and earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation in 2005. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the South Carolina and Beaufort County Association of Realtors. She is in Beaufort and Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and a member of REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council).

Nancy has served as Treasurer of Little Red Dog Foundation, a non-profit organization providing specially equipped therapeutic cycles for people who are mobility challenged, a chapter of the national non-profit AMBUCS. She is a member of the marketing committee in a local neighborhood since its inception in 2010 and an ESL Instructor with Beaufort County Adult Education. 

Nancy has a degree in Business Administration from Caldwell College and a Master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
